Cancellation / Late / No Show Policy


I am self employed and I run the business solely from my home. In order for me to run my business efficiently in a timely matter, while respecting all clients' time of their booked services, all clients should read and respect the following to avoid all fees due to lateness, "no show" appt's, and disappointments from being ever rebooked for future if policies are disrespected. Please note, any fees not paid, no future bookings allowed until fees are paid.

These fees are charged to create a boundary of respect and to avoid these issues when bookings are done in my home, and to compensate any potential business revenue loss. I trust you understand and accept my policy. Thank you.

  • Your appointment time is reserved for you; please respect this

  • Please give me 24-48hrs for any changes of services requested and cancellations notices

  • Last minute cancellations disrupt "an abrupt" shift to my empty spots that I could be booking clients in. All last minute cancellations will face a 100% fee of your scheduled service to compensate loss of business revenue

  • All no show appointments are forfeited from future bookings.

  • You are expected to arrive on time for your appt, please consider weather and traffic conditions to arrive on time for your appt
